If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to make the return and refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible. Eligibility for Returns
- We accept returns on unused, unworn, and undamaged jewelry within 30 days of the delivery date. In order to qualify for a return, items must be in their original condition, with the tags still attached, and in their original packaging. Jewelry that has been altered, resized, engraved, or shows signs of wear is not eligible for a return.
- All returns must be authorized by our customer service team prior to being sent back. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below.
How to Initiate a Return
- To begin the return process, please reach out to us at info@trendaurra.site with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Once we receive your request, we will review the details and send you return instructions, including a return authorization (if applicable), to ensure the safe and correct processing of your return.
Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or you received an incorrect product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
Refund Processing
- After we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and any discounts applied at checkout will be void if the return causes the total order to drop below the minimum required for the discount.
Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including:
- Custom-designed, personalized, and engraved jewelry.
- Final sale or clearance items.
- Any items that have been worn, altered, resized, or damaged by the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@trendaurra.site with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you. In the case of a defective or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping fees.
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the replacement item. Exchanges are subject to availability, and you may need to pay the difference in price if the new item costs more.
